The Discovery Bank app first started back in 2018 with the purpose of being a behavioural bank.
We collaborated with Discovery Bank to conceptualise and design key features for both the app and web, including Apple Pay, Vitality Travel, Group Integration, Homeloans, and Vitality Money. In addition to these features, we also assisted with promotional marketing for TV and YouTube to enhance user engagement. Our aim with these features and campaigns was to ensure an experience that makes life easier, more exciting, and, of course, more rewarding.
Discovery Bank's innovative approach was recognised when they won the Best Consumer Solution at the 2023 MTN Business App of the Year Awards, reflecting their commitment to staying at the forefront of innovation and security in consumer banking. This achievement highlights the ongoing impact and success of our collaboration, continually enhancing their banking experience.
